STATEMENT OF FACTS
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on the trial of the above numbered and entitled cause the
following evidence was adduced therein:
The Plaintiff offered an affidavit of the undersigned attorney, which states that he is the Tax
Attomey for THE DENTON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, and that he is legally
authorized and empowered to prosecute this action for the Plaintiff; that on behalf of the Plaintiff he
procured the research to determine that name, identity and location of necessary parties at a cost of
$200.00 (ONE x $200.00 for each property delinquent); said sum being the cost incurred in
procuring the names of record owners and the proper parties defendant to this suit; said sum to be
taxed as costs therein.
The Plaintiff offered a certified statement by MICHELLE FRENCH or her duly authorized
Deputy, who testified that he is a qualified Tax Assessor/Collector for THE DENTON
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, and that he is familiar with the tax records; that on the
property described hereinafter there is due and owing to THE DENTON INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT, Denton County, Texas, taxes, penalty, interest, attorney’s fees and other
court costs in an amount and for the years also hereinafter described in the attached statements; and
these taxes are due and unpaid, were legally assessed, levied and returned delinquent and advertised
as required by law; that she is also familiar with the records of THE DENTON INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT; and that the most recent approved and certified appraisal roll provides that
the market value of the separate properties upon which liens have been asserted in this cause are
included in the current Tax Roll as follows:

testified that as duly appointed Tax Assessor/Collectors for the COUNTY OF DENTON, that
she is familiar with the records of the COUNTY OF DENTON, and that there is due and owing
to said intervenors a sum including taxes, penalty, interest and attorney's fees for years and on
property described in the attached statements; and that said taxes are due and unpaid. It was
further testified that said taxes have been legally levied, assessed and returned delinquent and
advertised as required by law.
WE DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing statement represents the evidence that
was introduced in the trial of the above numbered and entitled cause on this the 28" day of April
