RASBERRY (IN REM ONLY); CONNIE WRIGHT; BEN CARSWELL DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS STATEMENT OF FACTS BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on the trial of the above numbered and entitled cause the following evidence was adduced therein: The Plaintiff offered an affidavit of the undersigned attorney, which states that he is the Tax Attomey for THE DENTON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, and that he is legally authorized and empowered to prosecute this action for the Plaintiff; that on behalf of the Plaintiff he procured the research to determine that name, identity and location of necessary parties at a cost of $200.00 (ONE x $200.00 for each property delinquent); said sum being the cost incurred in procuring the names of record owners and the proper parties defendant to this suit; said sum to be taxed as costs therein.
