Support Part thereof, at the NEW YORK County Courthouse located at, 60 Centre Street, Room
130, New York, NY 10007, on April 13, 2017, at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be
heard for an Order:
1. Vacating the Plaintiffs Note of Issue pursuant to 22 N.Y.C.R.R. 202.21;
2. Extending Defendant’s time to serve a motion for summary judgment pursuant to CPLR
§3212 until 120 days after the outstanding discovery issues are resolved; and
3. For such other and further relief as the Court deems proper and just.
