Court having reviewed all the evidence submitted in support of Plaintiff Environmental
Research Center, Inc.’s motion in this case, the Court hereby makes the following findings
pursuant to Health & Safety Code section 25249.7, subdivision (f)(4): ,
: 1) Any warnings that may be required by the Stipulated Consent Judgment fully
comply with Proposition 65.
2) The-attorneys’ fees provision in the Stipulated Consent Judgment is reasonable
under California law; and
