(”Plaintiff”) against Defendants East Hampton Holdings, LLC (as successor by merger to Vandelay Hospitahty Group, LP) East Hampton Houston River Oaks, LLC; East Hampton Houston Montrose, LLC and East Hampton Inwood, LLC (together, ”Defendants”) 1. In January of 2019, Plaintiff and Defendants entered into a Settlement Agreement 1n which Defendants agreed to pay Plaintiff $50,000.00 on February 1 2019 along w1th monthly payments of $6,111.11 over the course of 17 months and one final payment of $6,111.13 (for a total of $160,000.00) in exchange for dismissal of thls sult and a release of claims. 2. The Settlement Agreement provided that, if Defendants defaulted under DOCUMENT 21 the Settlement Agreement, Plaintiff could file suit and request entry of a consent judgment for any outstanding balance owed to Plaintiff by virtue of an affidavit from Plaintiff verifying the unpaid balance under the Settlement Agreement. 3. Plaintiff fully performed under the Settlement Agreement but Defendants have defaulted and breached the Settlement Agreement. The current balance owed under the Settlement Agreement is verified by the affidavit attached to the Motion in the amount 0f $ 55,000.01. Accordingly, the Court finds and orders that judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Mobile Fixture and Equipment Company, Inc. against Defendants East Hampton Holdings, LLC (as successor by merger to Vandelay Hospitality Group, LP); East Hampton Houston River Oaks, LLC; East Hampton Houston Montrose, LLC; and East Hampton Inwood, LLC in the amount of $55,000.01.
