PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO RESCHEDULE FORECLOSURE SALE
Plaintiff, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, moves this Honorable
Court for an Order rescheduling the Clerk's Sale, and in support thereof states, as follows:
1, A Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered in this case on May 11, 2016 in favor of Plaintiff
and Clerk's sale was scheduled to take place on July 13, 2016.
2. On July 7, 2016, Defendant(s) filed Bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Case
No. 6:16-bk-04494-RAC; thus, all further proceedings were stayed and the sale was canceled.
3. The stay has been lifted by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Order entered on August 30,
2016, a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A”.
4. Accordingly, it is necessary to reset the foreclosure sale and to provide Notice of said sale in
accordance with Florida Statutes §45.031.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this court enter an order rescheduling the
Clerk’s Sale in the above-referenced action.
