ORDER
The Court has now considered the Motion to Compel Production and Motion to Enforce
Discovery Order filed by plaintiffs Blanchard Refining Company LLC and Marathon Petroleum
Company LP (“Marathon Plaintiffs”). Upon due consideration, the Court is of the opinion that the
motion should be and hereby is GRANTED.
It is, further, ORDERED that ISI shall produce all e-mails and electronic documents
responsive to Marathon Plaintiffs’ requests for production, within seven (7) days of the date of this
Order.
It is, further, ORDERED that all costs of production of responsive documents incurred in
connection with ISI’s response to Plaintiffs’ First Request for Production shall be borne by ISI.
It is, further, ORDERED that ISI, within seven (7) days of the date of this Order, shall pay
to Marathon Plaintiffs the amount of $_______________________ as a sanction for ISI’s failure
to meet its discovery obligations in this matter.
