CAME ON to be heard on this day, Defendant Industrial Specialists, LLC’s Motion to
Clarify or Modify the Court’s March 12, 2018 Order stating that Defendant had waived
objections, “if any”, to Plaintiffs’ First Request for Production. The Court, after considering such
Motion, any response of the Plaintiffs, and arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that the
Motion to Clarify or Modify should be GRANTED.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that Motion to Clarify or Modify
is GRANTED, and the Court declares that Defendant Industrial Specialists, LLC shall not be
prevented from asserting objections to Plaintiffs’ First Request for Production.
