IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by counsel of record in the above-
captioned action that the following schedule will apply:
• July 20, 2016: Date by which parties will identify impasse issues and submit a joint letter
to the Court setting a stipulated briefing schedule for those issues.
• September 2, 2016: Date for the completion of document discovery.
• December 19, 2016: Date for the completion of depositions:
• The parties shall contact the Court prior to completion of depositions to set a further
schedule.
The parties reserve their rights to request further adjustments to these dates, if necessary,
upon resolution of the outstanding discovery disputes.
