1. Plaintiff, ROBERT W. VOLLMER, shall recover the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND Dollars and 00/100 ($256,000.00), with interest thereon, at the rate of 6% per annum, for
which let execution issue.
2. This Court reserves jurisdiction to enforce all aspects of the Confidential
Settlement Agreement & Release between Plaintiff, ROBERT W. VOLLMER, and Defendant,
MICHAEL C. TICE.
