STIPULATION
WHEREAS, on April 29, 2015, the Court entered an.order denying Plaintiff SNI/SI
Networks L.L.C.’s (“Smithsonian Networks”) motion for a protective order and requiring
Smithsonian Networks to produce “agreements it has with other distributors, including any
related amendments or side letter agreements” and to “produce the documents sought by
defendant within 14 days of service of this order” (“April 29 Order"), and on May 27, 2015,
entered an Order for the Production and Exchange of Confidential Information (“May 27
Order”), covering the confidential treatment of documents produced in this case:
WHEREAS, on May 29, 2015, Plaintiff SNVS] Networks L.L.C. (“Smithsonian
Networks”) filed a notice of appeal of the April 29 Order and the May 27 Order;
WHEREAS, on June 25, 2015, the Appellate Division, First Department granted a stay of
the April 29 and May 27 Orders pending briefing and decision on Smithsonian Networks’ appeal
of these orders,
WHEREAS, on October 29, 2015, the Appellate Division, First Department affirmed the
April 29 and May 27 Orders,

WHEREAS, the parties have met andconferred and hayo agreed to an extension of the
schedule for Smithsonian Networks’ production under the April 29 Order;
IT {S HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the counsel of record for the
parties in the above-captioned action that Smithsonian Notworks’ time for production of the
documents under the April 29 Order ahall be extended to and including December 3, 2015.
