to strike Defendants amended answer and counterclaim filed on October 18, 2019, the response
and arguments of counsel, if any, the Court is of the opinion that Defendants motion for leave to
amend its pleadings should be denied, and it is therefore,
ORDERED that Defendant, Ali Choudhri’s motion for leave to file an amended answer is
denied and that Defendant’s Ali Choudhri’s amended answer and counterclaim is hereby stricken
and removed from the Court’s docket.
