                                                 Order on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike
                                  Choudhri Untimely Filed Motion for Summary judgment

                           After    considering     Plaintiffs’   objection     to  and    motion     to  strike   Ali   Choudhri’s

                  (“Choudhri”)      Untimely    filed   Motion    for  Summary      Judgment      (“Motion”),    the   response    and

                  arguments of counsel, if any, the Court, is of the opinion that the Motion should be in all things

                  GRANTED.         It is therefore,

                           ORDERED        that Choudhri’s     motion for partial summary judgment on a promissory note

                  claim set for hearing on November 11, 2019 is hereby stricken as being untimely and is removed

                  from the court’s docket and any further consideration by this court.              It is further,

                           ORDERED that the Plaintiffs need not respond to Choudhri’s untimely motion for partial

                  summary     judgment     on  a  promissory    note   claim   set for  hearing   on  November      11,  2019.    It is

                  further,

                           ORDERED        that Choudhri’s     motion for partial summary judgment on a promissory note
                  claim set for hearing on November 11, 2019 is hereby denied.
