Defendant Plains Marketing, L.P. (“Plains”) files this Original Answer to Plaintiff Sun
Coast Resources, Inc.’s (“Sun Coast’s”) Original Petition as follows:
L General Denial
Pursuant Rule 92 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Plains generally denies all of the
allegations contained in Sun Coast’s Original Petition and demands strict proof thereof by a
preponderance of the evidence in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
