being fictitious, parties intended being possible tenants or
occupants of premises and corporations, other entities or
persons who have, claim or may claim, a lien against, or
other interest in the premises,
Defendants.
WHEREAS, no party herein is an infant or incompetent person for whom a committee
has been appointed,
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between counsel for
plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Asset
Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series MO 2006-HE6 Asset Backed
Pass-Through Certificates, Series MO 2006-HE6 (“Plaintiff”), and for defendants, Mary L.
Kateridge and James Kateridge, Sr., (“Defendants”), the only defendants who have appeared in
this action, that this action and all claims, and causes of action are hereby discontinued, without
prejudice, without costs to any party as against another party; Moreover, notwithstanding

CPLR Section 3217(c), if applicable, Plaintiff, its successors, and assigns reserve the right, to
commence a new action if Defendants default; and
This action is being discontinued by Plaintiff so that the parties can pursue non-judicial
resolution of this matter; and
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that this Stipulation may
be signed in counterparts and signatures by facsimile shall be deemed as good as originals; and
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that this stipulation may be
filed with the Clerk of the Court without further notice to each party.
