BE IT REMEMBERED that on this day came on for the Court’s consideration Plaintiff's
Unopposed Motion to Disburse Funds, and the Court, after having considered the Unopposed
Motion and the pleadings on file herein, taking note that counsel for Defendants has agreed to this
Order, finds that the Unopposed Motion should be granted. It is therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to
Disburse Funds is hereby GRANTED. It is further,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that any and all parties necessary for the
disbursement of the monies described below are hereby advised that it is this Court’s opinion that
HINDU WORSHIP SOCIETY OF HOUSTON, TEXAS, a Texas Non-Profit Corporation,
Plaintiff, is thereby entitled to have $1,068.72, together with all interest accrued thereon during
the pendency of this cause of action in this Court, disbursed to Plaintiff from the District Court’s
registry. It is further,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Marilyn Burgess, the Harris County
District Clerk, is hereby ORDERED to disburse the monies in the original amount of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) plus the accrued interest on same which as of May 7, 2020 equals
Sixty-Eight Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($68.72), together with any additional interest accrued
