City, New York, on the 24th day of February, 2016, at 9:30 a.m.,
for an order of preclusion, pursuant to CPLR 3042(c), and for
an order, pursuant to CPLR 3124, compelling plaintiff's
compliance with defendant’s outstanding discovery demands and
notices.
The above-captioned action seeks damages for personal
injuries allegedly sustained as a result of defendants’
negligence,
Pursuant to CPLR 2214 (b), answering affidavits, if any,
shall be served upon the undersigned at least seven (7) days
before the return date of this motion.
