or occupants, if any, having or claiming an interest in, or lien upon

Upon the Summons and Complaint and Notice of Pendency heretofore filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of ROCKLAND on June 5, 2015 and Order directing service signed May 5, 2016,
whereby it appears that this action was brought to foreclose a mortgage against real property situated in
the County of ROCKLAND and State of New York, and upon reading and ftling of the affirmation of
Jared S. Kalina, attorney for the Plaintiff, dated December 12, 2016
Now, upon motion of Aldridge Pite, LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that ,. ~ /~ f(

ORDERED, that by accepting this appointment the guardian ad litem certifies that he/she is in
compliance with Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge (22 NYCRR Part 36), including, but not
