Appearances 1.1 The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (“the Department”) appeared through NIEGAN MCMINN, caseworker, and by ELIZABETH WATKINS agreed to the terms of this order. 1.2 JAMES CARTER, appointed by the Court as attorney ad [item of the child the subject of this request, agreed to the terms of this order. 1.3 CASA, appointed by the Court as a volunteer advocate for the child the subject of this suit, appeared and agreed to the terms of this order. 1.4 The Court excused the appearance of the child the subject of this suit pursuant to § 263. 501(e), Tex. Fam. Code. Findings The Court finds the Department has permanent managing eonservatorship of the child. The Court finds that the child’s current placement is not appropriate for meeting the child's needs. The Court finds that other plans or services are needed to meet the child’s special needs or circumstances.
