The Court finds that UNKNOWN FATHER of STANLEY ONEAL’S location is unknown and
is a person who failed to register with the registry under Chapter 160. The Court additionally
finds that appointment of an Attorney Ad Litem forUNKNOWN FATHER is mandatory under
§ 107.013 (a)(3) of the Texas Family Code, Rule 244, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, or other
provisions of law.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that DON DAVIDSON, a licensed attorney at law of this
state, isappointed Attorney Ad Litem for UNKNOWN FATHER.
The attomey ad litem shall examine the record in this case and may present evidence to the court
concerning the diligence used to identify, locate, or obtain service on the defaulting party. §
