Dear Judge Murphy:
As you know, we represent David Bianchi in the above two special proceedings which
are scheduled to be heard by you on June 22, 2016. The parties have reached an agreement to
use the services of Kevin Fahey to assist in the global resolution of the above proceedings. I
have placed two calls to Mr. Fahey, but have not heard back from him. It should also be noted
that on May 22, I provided Paul Mullin with extensive backup documentation for business
expenses that he and his client had previously questioned.
In light of the progress the parties have made toward settlement and their agreement to
use the services of Kevin Fahey, the parties hereby request that the pending motions be
adjourned so that they may pursue settlement.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
