Dear Judge Murphy:
We represent David Bianchi in the above two proceedings which are scheduled to be
heard by you on February 4, 2016. The parties have been discussing trying to reach a global
resolution of these matters. In connection with those efforts, certain bank records have been
requested by Paul Mullin on behalf of William Bianchi. My client is attempting to obtain those
records from the bank and we will produce them when they are received. I therefore respectfully
request that the Court adjourn the above two proceedings for at least 30 days. Paul Mullin has
consented to the adjournment.
