ON THIS DAY, came on to be heard Plaintiff’s Motion to Enforce Judgnent and
Response to Defendant’s Motion to Show Authority. Plaintiff CHAMPS DEPOT
RICHARADSON LLC d/b/a CHAMPS RESTAURANT SUPPLY and Defendant HUAN DINH
DANG a/k/a MICHAEL appeared through his respective attorneys of record. The Court has
considered the pleadings and official records on file in this cause and the evidence, and is of the
opinion that judgment should be rendered for Plaintiff CHAMPS DEPOT RICHARADSON
LLC d/b/a CHAMPS RESTAURANT SUPPLY.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff CHAMPS
