MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
Ms. Zia Kanner Rudary f/k/a Ms. Zia Kanner, pursuant to Rule 65(a) and 65(b)
Mass. R. Civ. P., respectfully requests that this Court enter a Preliminary Injunction: (a)
enjoining 30 Intervale Brockton MA, LLC, Mr. Alex Cwiakala and Mr. Harrison Bonner
from dissipating, paying, encumbering, pledging, selling or transferring any funds or
other property belonging to them pending further order of the Court; (b) enjoining,
121131 Clemente Holyoke MA, LLC and 14 Cottage St., LLC and 15-17 W. Chestnut,
LLC and 156 High Holyoke MA, LLC and 180-182 N. Warren Ave., LLC and 181 High
Holyoke MA, LLC and 184 N. Warren Ave., LLC and 186 N. Warren Ave., LLC and 19
Suffolk Street Chelsea, LLC and 226 State Whatley MA, LLC and 428446 Maple
Holyoke MA, LLC and 4349 Georgia Boston MA, LLC from transferring to, paying,
giving or providing the Defendants 30 Intervale Brockton MA, LLC, Mr. Alex Cwiakala
and Mr. Harrison Bonner any funds owed or which may become owing to them or any or
other property and to hold any such funds in escrow up to the amount of Eighty-Five
Thousand ($85,000.00) Dollars pending further order of the Court; and (c) after a hearing
on the merits, the aforementioned Preliminary Injunction be continued as a Permanent
Injunction.
