MOTION FOR A SHORT ORDER OF NOTICE
Pursuant to Superior Court Rule 9A(e)(1), the Plaintiff Wentao Huang moves that the Court
issue a Summons and Order of Notice that Defendants answer the Verified Complaint and appear
for a hearing on Plaintiff’s Motion for a Preliminary Injunction at 2:00 p.m. on July 12, 2024, In
support of this Motion, Plaintiff states that he is seeking a preliminary injunction to prevent a
controlling shareholder and director of a restaurant from freezing out the Plaintiff as a minority
shareholder, and to prevent the controlling shareholder and director from selling the restaurant to
an unknown third party or dissipate the real property owned by a related company. An expedited
hearing is required to prevent irreparable harm to Plaintiff. In further support of this Motion,
Plaintiff relies on its Verified Complaint and the memorandum in support of ex parte motion for
temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.
