Part to be assigned, to be held at the Courthouse located at 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola,
New York 11501, on July 31, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard for
a judgment granting the relief demanded in the Verified Petition.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a verified answer and supporting affidavits, if
any, must be served on the undersigned at least five (5) days prior to the return date.
