THIS CAUSE came before the Court for a special set hearing on June 3, 2024 upon
Plaintiff's Objection to Defendant Future Motion, Inc.’s Notice of Mobile Phone Inspection and
Motion for Protective Order. The Court, having heard the argument of counsel, reviewed the
Motion, the court file, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1 That Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order is DENIED;
2. That Defendant Future Motion, Inc., may proceed to conduct an inspection of
Plaintiffs mobile phone pursuant to the protocol set by Defendant in the Notice of Mobile Phone
Inspection served on Plaintiff
and dated May 1, 2024.
3 That the parties will schedule and conduct the inspection promptly and otherwise
proceed efficiently to complete the review and production of the extracted files as provided in the
protocol.
