damages that occurred due to the negligence by defendant LONG ISLAND POWER
SOLUTIONS (See Exhibit “A”) which resulted in fire loss event due defendant’s negligence
and/or breach of contract at the residence of plaintiff’s subrogor JENNIFER HASSETT on or
about January 8, 2024; and that in case of your failure to appear, judgment will be taken against
you by default for a reasonable sum that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of the lower Courts, and
upon information and belief is $971,046.85 plus the $2,5000 deductible (See Exhibit “B”) plus
costs and disbursements of this action, and such other and further relief as this Court deems just
and proper.
The basis of the venue designated is the plaintiff’s residence located at: 63 Meadow
Lane, Bayport, NY 11705.
