This matter coming on to be heard upon the application of the Law Firm of The Wirbicki
Law Group LLC for a Standing Order for the Appointment of a Special Process Server for the
quarter beginning APRIL 1, 2024 and ending JUNE 30, 2024;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1 ProVest ILC, certified under the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security. and
Locksmith Act of 2004, License Number 117.001336 & 115.0022444, and its employees
(as defined under said Act) being over 18 years of age and not a party to any case filed by
The Wirbicki Law Group LLC, are hereby appointed. Standing Special Process Server for
the quarter beginning APRIL 1, 2024 and ending JUNE 30, 2024, in cases filed by the
Law Firm of The Wirbicki Law Group LLC in the Mortgage Foreclosure Section of the
Chancery Division, to make service of process pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/2-202;
The authority of the Standing Process Server is limited solely to the service of process in
mortgage foreclosure cases for the quarter beginning APRIL 1, 2024 and ending JUNE
30, 2024; and
3. Acopy of this Order may be filed in all new Mortgage Foreclosure cases filed by the Law
Firm of The Wirbicki Law Group LLC, beginning APRIL 1, 2024 and ending JUNE 30,
2024, and the filing of this order in all such Mortgage Foreclosure cases shall be deemed
to include, as if fully set forth therein, the Motion and Application presented to the court
required for the entry of this order. Plaintiff may also file a separate motion to appoint
special process server (consistent with this order) to each foreclosure case filed, which shall
additionally be deemed granted upon its filing by the entry of this order.
