June 12, 2024, with supporting exhibits attached thereto, and upon all the papers and proceedings
heretofore had herein, it is hereby
ORDERED that respondent show cause at a motion term of this Court to be held at the Erie
County Supreme Court, Part __, 25 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York at ______ p.m./a.m. of
the ___ day of _________________, 2024 or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, why an
Order should not be entered in this action granting petitioner's request for approval of the
appointment of Michael A. Iacono, Esq. to serve as Mediator in this action in order to render
a decision as to the disbursement of the $50,000.00 uninsured motorist coverage between
three injured parties; and it is further
ORDERED that service of a copy of this order and the papers upon which it is granted shall
be made on respondent by hand delivering a copy to New York Central Mutual Insurance
Company, 1899 Central Plaza East, Edmeston, New York 13335 on or before the ___ day of
