NATURE OF THE ACTION
1. This claim arises from unlawful “woke” corporate gender and racial
discrimination against Mr. Laws.
2. Staff Me Up placed an unlawful job advertisement on or about February 13, 2024.
3. Staff Me Up placed an advertisement that stated: “Black women of color
candidates strongly preferred.”1
