in this Court upon the Verified Complaint of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named
defendants for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage dated July 29, 2022, made by Geovanny
Aquino to plaintiff TD Bank, N.A. to secure payment of the maximum principal limit of
$203,000.00 with interest (the “Mortgage”), which Mortgage was recorded with the Office of the
Westchester County Clerk under Control No.: 622243669 on August 15, 2022.
FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the premises affected by the Mortgage at the time
of the commencement of this action is situated in the City of Yonkers, County of Westchester,
State of New York, Section 6, Block 6264, Lot 71.72 and are more particularly described in
Schedule “A” annexed hereto.
