NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the
Supreme Court of Suffolk County upon the Complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above
named defendants for the foreclosure of a mortgage originated by Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., acting solely as a nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. dated August 26, 2006,
executed by Brian Iannone and Melissa Iannone to secure the sum of $228,000.00. The Mortgage was
recorded at Book 21388, Page 894 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on September 26, 2006.
The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 25, 2011 and recorded on
June 10, 2011, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk at Book 22086, Page 3. The mortgage was
subsequently modified on January 19, 2017.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the mortgaged premises described in such
mortgage(s) affected by the foreclosure action, were, at the time of the commencement of the action, and
at the time of the filing of this Notice, situated in Suffolk County, New York, and are described in
"Schedule A - Legal Description" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Suffolk County Clerk is directed to index this Notice against the names of all the Defendant(s).
