off to be honest). Feels like whatever he touches or does requires oversight from "NY" and feels "limited" as to the
functions he's allowed to do. Voiced his slight issues 1) oversight of his buddy Ben from conticap 2) ability to
negotiate rate card -- BK has this covered, etc. Anyway, he understands that "NY team" is well versed in all areas but
has to maybe always think twice in case he gets in trouble with NY (basically you). Today's email to ING was a cock up
in my eyes. He feltpressured I guess when I was at the hospital and the email he sent was basically not exactly what
I had in mind. Anyway, I appreciate all the enthusiasm he has the spirit of it all, I feel he needs a role - job title.
Agency conversations, API, this and that ....great ideas (like the standard chartered thing). But he's wearing too many
hats and priority needs to be structured from him. UK onboarding priority! Don't worry about the short staff, .
agency, API and HUBL. Maybe he's a little too excited about it all -- which is a good thing. Tomorrow I plan to lay out
to him the onboarding -- what he can do to help me/us. Everything can wait. Anyway, Gary was in town and he went
to see him for a drink. Just hope the temper doesn't get the better out of him and get Gary on having doubts about
us!!!!
