              ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO ENFORCE SETTLEMENT


      THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Enforce Settlement,
and

      THE COURT, being fully advised in the premises,

       ORDERS THAT Plaintiffs’ Motion is HEREBY GRANTED. DEFENDANTS WILL
EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ATTACHED AS EXHIBITS TO THE
MOTION WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF THIS ORDER BEING ISSUED. Plaintiffs are
instructed to contact the clerk of this courtroom and schedule a time within the next five (5) days
for the parties to appear to execute all necessary documents related to the Sale.

       The Court FURTHER ORDERS that within fourteen (14) days Plaintiffs are to file an
affidavit of attorneys’ fees and bill of costs incurred in order to enforce the Sale and settlement,
pursuant to the settlement documents.
