            19   I, the undersigned attorney of record, hereby declare as follows:

            20            1       I am an attorney licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California,

            21    and I am one of the attorneys of record for Plaintiff, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC (herein

            22    referred to as the “Plaintiff”).

            23            2.      The above-entitle action and attached complaint is a claim for money damages

            24    and falls within the monetary jurisdiction of small claims court.

            25            3       Plaintiff is an assignee of the debt/claim for which money is sought, and therefore

            26    (pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 116.420) is prohibited from filing in

            27    small claims court.
