This matter is before the Court upon application of John McManus, as Treasurer of
Montgomery County, Ohio and Plaintiff herein, by counsel. Plaintiff moves to have taxed as court
costs expenditures for an abstract of title and its update, to determine proper parties-defendant.
These costs have been paid by Mathias H. Heck, Jr., Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney,
Tax and Assessment Collection Fund, per Ohio Revised Code, Section 5721.10. Upon due
consideration, the Court finds the Treasurer’s application well taken and approves same, in the
amount of $345.00. The Court directs the Clerk of Courts to tax as costs the sum of $345.00 for the
abstract and update; and, upon payment, the Clerk shall reimburse Mathias H. Heck, Jr.,
Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney, DTAC fund, for this amount.
