NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that an action has been commencedand is pending in this
Court upon a complaint of the above named Plaintiffs against the above named Defendants for the
foreclosure of a Tax Lien pursuant to a Certificate dated August 16, 2018, recorded in the Office
of the Register of the City of New York on August 23, 2018, at CRFN: 2018000284202, assigned
by assignment recorded July 14, 2021 in CRFNL: 2021000267439.
NOTICE IS FURTHERGIVEN that the liened premises affected by said foreclosure
action, at the time of the commencement of said action and at the time of the filing of this notice,
was situate in the County of Kings and the State of NewYork, and is more particularly described
in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Clerk of the County of Kings is directed to index this notice to the names of all of the
