              DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL AUTHORIZATIONS

       Pursuant to Practice Book § 13-11A, the defendant, MICHAEL B. DOYLE, MD,

respectfully moves this Court for an Order compelling plaintiff to produce executed

authorizations sufficient to comply with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and

Accountability Act ("HIPAA") allowing defendant to obtain plaintiff's medical treatment records

and/or mental health treatment records, for which neither complete records nor authorizations

have been provided. Defendant requires the plaintiff's complete medical and mental health

records in order to properly evaluate this action…
