       PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO
            DEFENDANTS’ FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES AND
                      REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTION

       Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book §13-10(a)(2), the Plaintiff, GREEN TREE

CAPITAL, LLC, moves for a thirty (30) day extension of time up to and including July 25,

2024, to respond and/or object to Defendants’ First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for

Production, dated April 26, 2024. The extension of time is necessary in order to gather the

necessary information and to consult with the Plaintiff in an effort to provide meaningful

responses. This is the Plaintiff’s first request for an extension of time to respond to the discovery

requests. This case has not been scheduled for trial.
