TO THE ABOVE NAMED AND TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action entitled as above was
commenced on May 16, 2024 and is now pending in the Superior Court
of New Jersey, Law Division, Middlesex County.
The general object of the action is to take in the name of
the Borough of Carteret ("Plaintiff") the estate or interests
hereinafter described for the use of Plaintiff for public purposes,
and to appoint commissioners in accordance with the statutes of
this State and the Rules of Court in such case made and provided,
to fix the amount of compensation to be paid for said taking.
The estate or interest to be taken is a certain temporary
construction easement and a fee simple interest in a portion of

the land or both as set forth in the Complaint filed in this
action and also set forth in the description appended hereto
The owner of record of the said land and premises is Defendant

interest in the said land and premises and persons and corporations
