                              MOTION FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

         NOW COMES the Plaintiff, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC, by and through its attorney,
Blitt and Gaines, P.C., and moves this court for entry of an order of default and judgment, in support thereof states as
follows:

        1.      A Summons and Complaint were served on the Defendant(s) and more than twenty three (23) days
                have passed since that date.
        2.      Defendant(s) were properly served and have failed to appear and file an Answer to the Complaint or
                otherwise plead.
        3.      Due demand has been made on the Defendant(s) to pay this amount and the Defendant(s) have failed
                to do so.
        4.      Plaintiff sustained damages of $6,090.95 plus court cost, as a result of the Defendant's conduct which
                is described more fully in Plaintiff's Complaint.
        5.      Please see Plaintiff's Affidavit of Debt and Exhibits filed with the Complaint herein.

        WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this court enter judgment on all counts for the amount of
$6,090.95 as set forth in the Complaint plus court costs and all other just and proper relief in the premises.
