PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT.
Plaintiffs, WILLIAM H. SCHMITZ and JANICE K. SCHMITZ, are the holders of a Final
Judgment against Defendant, JLL LOGISTIC, INC. dated January 29. 2018 in favor of WILLIAM
H. SCHMITZ and JANICE K. SCHMITZ entitling them to recover from JLL LOGISTIC, INC.
the sum of THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($3,750,000.00) bearing interest at the rate of 4.75% a year.
Plaintiffs, WILLIAM H. SCHMITZ and JANICE K. SCHMITZ, hereby partially satisfy
said Final Judgment in the amount of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($1,450,000.00). The judgement debtor’s liability under this judgment is hereby
reduced by $1,450,000. This sum will be applied first to accrued interest, with the balance, if any,
applied to the principal.
The Clerk of this Court is hereby authorized and directed to let the record show the partial
saustaction of the aforementioned Final Judgment as set forth herein.
