Queens, NY 11421.
2. On April 14*, 2023, at approximately 07:00 PM, I was involved in a
motor vehicle accident at 92-18 Jamaica Ave, Queens County, State
of New York.
3. As a result of the accident, I sustained various injuries.
4. I have been advised by my attorneys that defendants to the within
action, JAMAICA OPTICAL have not answered.
5. Thus, it is most respectfully requested that the motion a default
seeking
judgment against Defendant JAMAICA OPTICAL be granted in its
entirety.
