    COMPLAINT, CERTIFICATE OF MERIT, NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC FILING, bearing index #608388/2024, filed 4/3/2024 on
    "JOHN DOE" (REFUSED NAME) AS JOHN DOE #3, defendant therein named,

    (X) CONSPICUOUS SERVICE DELIVERY: By affixing a true copy of each to the door of said premises, which is defendant’s
    dwelling place/usual place of abode within the state. I was unable, with due diligence to find defendant or a person of suitable age and
    discretion thereat, having attempted personal delivery on: 04/10/2024 at 12:00 PM: As per "John Doe" (Refused name) Current occupant,
    a company owns this house and refused to accept documents.
    04/11/2024 at 7:41 PM: No answer at the door and no answer at the neighbors across the street or to the left.
    04/12/2024 at 7:58 AM: As per "John Doe" (Refused name; m/black/black/5'11/250/48) neighbor at 246, the defendant is unknown but
    someone lives there.
    04/13/2024 at 10:08 AM: No answer at the door and Posted.

    MILITARY I was unable to confirm whether the defendant was in active military service of the United States or of the State of NEW
    SERVICE YORK in any capacity.
