    On 4/13/2024 at 2:05 PM at 968 Grundy Avenue Holbrook, NEW YORK 11741, I served the within SUMMONS, COMPLAINT FOR MORTGAGE
    FORECLOSURE, NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC FILING, NOTICE OF PENDENCY, NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS PURSUANT TO
    ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 131/20 (IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH), CERTIFICATE OF MERIT PURSUANT TO CPLR 3012-B which contains
    the additional notice requirements in accordance with RPAPL §1320, along with a copy of the Homeowner’s Foreclosure Notice as required by
    RPAPL §1303, which notice was printed on a colored piece of paper, which color differed from that of the color of the SUMMONS, COMPLAINT
    FOR MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE, NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC FILING, NOTICE OF PENDENCY, NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS PURSUANT
    TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 131/20 (IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH), CERTIFICATE OF MERIT PURSUANT TO CPLR 3012-B and the
    notice was in bold, fourteen-point type, with the title of the notice in bold, twenty-point type, bearing index #608393/2024, filed 4/3/2024 on Nathaly
    Villalobos-Nunez a/k/a Nathaly W. Villalobos Nunez a/k/a Nathaly W. Villalobos Nuez, defendant therein named,

    (X) PERSONAL DELIVERY SERVICE: By delivering thereat a true copy of each to said defendant personally. I knew said person so served to
    be the person described as said defendant therein because (S)He identified (her) himself to me as such.

                   or Federal statutes.
