Dear Tom
There has been a second complaint, to the Planning Board, regarding Libby Lane, Tremblays
property. It has been reported that the applicant is running heavy equipment in and out of the site on
a daily basis and may have been performing additional clearing, which could exceed the 1.0 acre
limit.
For your review the Planning Board minutes are enclosed outlining what discussions were
held at a preliminary meeting and the Boar s recommendation to the applicant to begin the site plan
approval process.
If you discovery any violations please take the appropriate actions
