Acting Chairman Brehm explained he met with Chairman Kent Johnson, Mr. Sollazzo and the Fire Marshall to review the LLA plan to ensure health, safety and welfare standards of the community are met. Furthermore, the Highway Superintendent agreed with the Town Board that the LLA is the best options to resolve the ongoing parking problem. JOHNANDLISA TREMBLAY Concept Discussion/Site Plan 25 AmesRoad Brewster, N.Y. 10509 Grid Number: 134089-7057-00-200557 134089-7055-00-190695 Mr. Brian McGrath was present representing John and Lisa Tremblay. Acting Chairman Brehm said the property is located at 84 Lane Libby in a VRDZoning district. The applicant's are before the Board, for the reason they are pursuing to purchase two parcels from Mrs. Dixie Good. The Tremblay's have been researching Town Codeto verify the Schedule of Permitted Uses ensures the criteria for use" "principle meets their business plan and objectives. Mr.McGrath presented a mapof the two adjoining parcel(s). Mr. McGrath explained Mrs. Dixie Good currently owns these properties. In the past the property was used for an industrial/ commercial trucking company and currently one tenant produces mulch. In addition, Mrs. Good has leased space to several tenants for manyyears. The Tremblay's current business is a tree company (forestry, which includes making organic mulch and wholesale of the products. They plan is to store machinery and bring in logs to produce mulch and topsoil. The property is quite overgrown with trees and shrubbery. Their plan is to clean up the an area for property storage. allowing machinery The current tenants will remain on the premises. Acting Chairman Brehm explained the Village well is located on a separate parcel in the center of the Mrs. Goo s parcel. There is a permanent deed/easement agreement allowing the Village of Pawling access over the Goods property. The NYSDEC has specific restriction on activities performed within 100 feet and/or beyond the buffer zone. He felt the Board can work within these requirements. Mr. Sollazzo asked what is the applicants plan to obtain Site Plan approval. Mr. McGrath said the applicants are seeking to close on the property, followed by clearing, cleanup and filing the appropriate paperwork to begin Site Plan approval process.
