New West Financial Sewices, 49 Ca 4'“ 659) A complete JOINT witness list. All exhibits are CONJOINT. This is again a serious change and it requires a meet and confer. The exhibits are to start at one and go to conclusion, so no duplicate exhibits. You bring in one set. Original for Madam Clerk, one for the witness stand and one for the bench. A JOINT statement of the case. Jury instructions and verdict form. Jury instructions are to be provided in two packets. The first packet would be the 100 series, plus 200. The second packet would start at 200 again, and go to conclusion. Any special requests of instructions, must be provided in two formats. First, a working copy with recitation to case or statutory authority; the other, a clean copy in a CACI format ready to go to the jury. The two sets of instructions plus the verdict form are to have cover sheets. They are to have case caption only without firm attributions, bold across the front either verdict or jury instructions. Lodge your depositions on the date of the readiness. Be prepared to take care of the balance of your financial obligations, court reporter and jury fees on the date of readiness. Ifyou subpoena documents into court, they do not automatically come to the courtroom. You must notify the clerk on the date of the readiness to have those documents brought up If you need them. If for some reason, counsel, you resolve this case on your own good offices prior to the date readiness, you’re ordered to call the court clerk immediately so we can ope up these dates for other attorneys and we will give you a new date with sufficient time effectuate the resolution of your case.
