I That he is the attorney for the Plaintiff, Paladin Funding Group, the judgment
creditor of the Defendants, Laurel 161, LLC/Laurel Charleston and Margarita
Varaksa.
II That the judgment creditor obtained a judgment against the Defendant(s) on
February 16, 2024, in the County of Rockland, State of New York in the amount of
Twenty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight and 24/100 ($24,888.24) plus
statutory interest from the date of the original judgment.
Ill. That the said judgment is final and is satisfied in whole or in part.
IV That on information and belie: judgment is not further contested,
