We initiated the above-referenced matter today and in doing so the case was tagged as (420) Foreclosure. It
is more accurately classified as (499) Real Property. Accordingly, I write to request that the designation be
changed. It is my understanding that the proper procedure is for us to provide this written request to the
attention of Ms. Rigney, Chief Deputy Clerk of Court.
I would also note that this case is unique in that it includes a request that the case be transferred to the non-
jury roster for expedited consideration in accord with Rule 57 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
57.
